Our Journey Together

JD Sports is one of the world's leading sports fashion retailers, with stores across Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. When they launched their Israeli online operation, they needed infrastructure that could meet their global standards.

From day one, we partnered with JD Sports Israel to build an integration that could handle the complexity of multi-location fulfillment, multiple delivery providers, and the high expectations of an international retail brand.

What We Delivered

Multi-Warehouse Fulfillment

JD Sports Israel operated three warehouse locations:

  • Ashdod — Southern distribution center
  • Rishon LeZion — Central warehouse
  • Beer Sheva — Negev region fulfillment

When a customer placed an order, the system needed to determine the optimal fulfillment location based on inventory availability and shipping efficiency.

Our integration managed inventory across all three locations, tracked stock levels in real-time, and enabled intelligent order routing. The warehouse team saw exactly which orders to fulfill from their location. The customer received their order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Provider Integration

JD Sports Israel required flexibility in their delivery operations, using multiple delivery service providers simultaneously to serve different customer needs — from express same-day delivery to standard nationwide shipping.

Our platform includes a Delivery Provider Integration Module that enables one-click connection to Israel's major delivery services. This plug-and-play approach meant JD could:

  • Connect to new providers without development work
  • Switch between providers based on delivery requirements
  • Offer customers multiple shipping options at checkout
  • Maintain consistent tracking and status updates across all carriers

The delivery flow:

  • Order confirmed in Priority with warehouse assignment
  • System automatically selects optimal delivery provider based on rules
  • Shipment created with the appropriate carrier
  • Shipping label generated
  • Tracking number captured
  • Customer notified with tracking link
  • Delivery status updates synced back to order — regardless of carrier

The warehouse team focused on picking and packing. The system handled provider selection and coordination automatically.

Premium Product Imagery

International brands maintain strict standards for product presentation. JD Sports used Amplience, a leading digital asset management platform, for their product images.

Our integration connected with Amplience to pull product imagery and ensure the online store always displayed the correct, high-quality visuals. When the global team updated product photos, those changes flowed through to the Israeli store automatically.

This maintained brand consistency across markets while eliminating manual image management.

Marketing Automation at Scale

Customer engagement was a priority for JD Sports Israel. Through Flashy integration, we automated their key marketing touchpoints:

Birthday Campaigns

Every customer received a special offer on their birthday. The system automatically identified upcoming birthdays and triggered personalized emails with exclusive discounts.

Post-Purchase Engagement

After delivery, customers received requests to review their purchases. These reviews built social proof and provided valuable feedback to the merchandising team.

Re-Engagement Sequences

Customers who hadn't purchased in a while received personalized outreach based on their browsing and purchase history.

The marketing team designed the campaigns. The system executed them flawlessly, every day.

Intelligent Order Processing

Every order placed on the JD Sports Israel website flowed automatically into Priority. But not as raw data — as fully processed, validated, formatted orders ready for fulfillment.

The system handled:

Complete Payment Processing

JD Sports Israel accepted multiple payment methods, each requiring different handling in the accounting system:

  • Credit cards — All major Israeli cards
  • Multipass vouchers — Employee benefit programs
  • Gift cards — JD Sports branded cards

Each payment type was coded correctly for reconciliation. The finance team had clean data for their reporting and audits.

Refund Excellence

Returns in fashion retail are common. Customers order multiple sizes, keep what fits, return the rest. A smooth return process is part of the customer experience.

Our system made refunds effortless:

  • Partial refunds — Return some items, keep others
  • Full refunds — Complete order returns
  • Warehouse tracking — Know which location received the return
  • Automatic inventory — Returned items back in stock immediately
  • Clean accounting — Credit notes generated in Priority

Customer service could process a return in minutes. The customer received their refund promptly. The accounting was always accurate.

Real-Time Inventory Sync

Fashion inventory moves fast. Popular items sell out. New shipments arrive. Sizes go in and out of availability constantly.

Our system maintained continuous inventory synchronization across all three warehouses. When stock levels changed in Priority — for any reason, at any location — the online store reflected the accurate availability.

Customers saw what was actually available. Overselling was virtually eliminated.

Operational Monitoring

Running a multi-warehouse operation requires visibility. JD Sports Israel had it:

  • Order processing status across all locations
  • Inventory levels by warehouse
  • Shipment creation and delivery tracking
  • Marketing automation performance
  • System health and error alerts

Daily reports reconciled orders between systems. Anomalies were flagged for review.


The Journey's End

In January 2026, JD Sports made the strategic decision to conclude their Israeli operations. This had nothing to do with the technology — it was a business decision about market focus.

Throughout their presence in Israel, our integration performed exactly as designed:

  • Tens of thousands of orders processed
  • Three warehouses operating in sync
  • Customers served with fast, accurate fulfillment
  • Clean financial records from day one to the last day

When it came time to wind down, the systems supported that process too — helping manage final sales, process remaining orders, and close out operations cleanly.
